SHOLA AGBOOLA is the president – Nigerian Association for Young Adults of Canada (NAYA) and a respected young leader in the African community in Canada.The Goodwill Ambassador- Nigeria, Nigerians in Diaspora and African Communities (FPYF) . He is the Strategic Alliance coordinator for Five Points Youth Foundation, appionted by the president - Hon.Andrew Williams.Jr ,The President, Five Points Youth Foundation.
Shola Agboola is the president of the Nigerian Association for Young Adults of Canada . He is also the Director for Youth Mobilization for the African Canadian Cultural Heritage Council in Canada. Mr. Agboola has over 16 years of progressive experience in public administration, governance and public policy management working with the Department of Justice for the Government of Manitoba, Canada. He also has extensive knowledge in a number of key areas including social, economic and political engagement having served in many leadership positions in several high profile non-profit organizations and government boards and commissions in Canada. He was the first Nigerian, the first African and the only black person to ever serve on the National Board of Directors for a major political party in Canada (Conservative Party of Canada). As a major player within the Canadian political circle and an influential community person, Agboola has a strong foothold in Canada as well as Nigeria with a good understanding of both cultures (Nigeria and Canada). This has made him a critical part of the Canadian advantage in building ties with Nigeria. Agboola is able to broker contacts on both sides of the countries and can bring together leaders, captains of industry, government leaders, academics and other relevant stakeholders to help promote and strengthen policy framework that are conducive to long-term sustainable developments in Nigeria and Canada which he has demonstrated on many occasions. 
Shola has participated in many international conferences around the world from Netherland to Germany to Portugal to Australia and many states in the America including the United Nations in New York while completing his Masters of Public Administration degree at the University of Manitoba where he graduated with a Distinction. Shola Agboola has also published a number of academic papers and articles on immigrant rights, conflict resolution, social justice and political participation and engagements in many journals including the famous e-cadernos CES academic journal in Portugal. As the president of the most vibrant and largest youth organization in Canada (NAYA Canada), Shola has led the organization to undertake over $60 million dollars worth of social investment in Nigeria in the last 7 years across all geopolitical regions of Nigeria in many sectors such as Health Care, Education, ICT and Computer Funding and Provision. Agboola’s organization has donated free medical equipment and supplies to many hospitals and medical centres in Ogun, Osun, Kebbi, Niger, Delta, Jigawa, Imo, Bayelsa and Abia, states. His organization has also made free donations of hundreds of laptop and desktop computer systems, thousands of secondary and post-secondary textbooks across the country to help in the education sector as well as thousands of free distribution of clothing in rural communities. 
Shola’s passion for community empowerment particularly his desire to see developmental changes in Nigeria has led him to engage in several high profile meetings with top Canadian political players including the immediate past Prime Minister of Canada – Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper and several other federal cabinet ministers of the Canadian government on how to develop meaningful socio-economic relationship with Nigeria in ways that would benefit the common people. He has also engaged many prominent personalities in meaningful collaborative meetings including the former president of Nigeria, president Olusegun Obasanjo, former governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun state as well as successful business moguls such as Alh. Aliko Dangote, Mr. Femi Otedola among others.
