Temitope Maberu-Fagunwa is a conscious passionate Pan- African . He is dedicated to the believe of love for all and humanity. He is a lecturer and a black man who embraces his culture and project the positive image of his people. Maberu & Aluta Band recently performed at the Bogobiri House, located at Maitiama Sule Street, Ikoyi. The musical band has been in existence for four years. The band has described itself as one of the leading Afrobeat bands in the continent. With an agenda aimed at using music as a potent weapon for socio-political and economic change on the African continent and beyond, the band has sustained greatly the rhythmic patterns, roots and message of Afrobeat, as laid down by its creator, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
