THE SOSS(Segun Oni Scholarship Scheme) with DR TAYO AJAYI

SOSS is the Segun Oni Scholarship Scheme,an initiative of His Excellency,Eng .Segun Oni ,the former Governor of Ekiti State,being part of his effort to empower the teeming population of youth in the State.The goal of the Scheme is to train students,aged 18 and 23 years yearly,in collaboration  with the Consulate-General of Brazil, Lagos under the auspices of the Under-Graduate Pogramme for Foreign Students(PEC-G) of the Brazilian Government.The programme started on October 16,2017.
The Government of Brazil gives scholarship to hundreds of Nigerian students to study abroad in various discipline. Eng.Segun Oni believes in wealth creation through Education and vocational training programmes ,he believes that the youth of today is the driving force of tomorrow and the most important section of any society that is crucial for change is the young people.They are the  basis for future development.This is made possible with the Director of SOSS (Segun Oni Scholarship Programme), Dr. Tayo Ajayi,(Phd,UFMG,BH-Brazil),who hails from Ikere Local government,in Ekiti State,he is an Associate Professor from Lagos State University.A polyglot who speaks English,French,Portuguese,Spanish apart from Yoruba Language.The programme empowers 60 youth to be trained in Ado-Ekiti,in the portuguese language,these students will be sent to Brazil to study in various discipline,in turn,bring back to Ekiti State the knowledge that had been impacted in them to progress the State.

It was allergedly reported that at the ikorodu general hospital,Lagos , a mother gave birth to a twins which were later discovered that they had jurndis. They were later taken back to the hospital for treatment and kept in the blue wave room, but unfortunately the were burnt and their lives lost.The new mother cried her heart out with their family for justice.
