Court Declares Arrest Of Masquerade Unlawful, Order Akwa Ibom Governor To Pay Damages

A court has declared the arrest masquerade, Mr. David Effiong in Akwa Ibom unlawful.

Consequently, the court orders the immediate and unconditional release of Effiong. 

Furthermore, the State government is ordered to pay Mr. Effiong damages for the violation of his human rights and freedom of worship.

Religious tolerance should be priority in our society.

It was a great time with Chief BAKARE OLUBAMISHE hosting the Diaspora from Brazil at his residence in Lagos, Nigeria. Chief Bakare is an Elder STATEMAN of The All progressive Congress (APC). A chieftain and a strong man in the party.  Chief welcome our diaspora friends  from Brazil to Nigeria in a grand style and hosts them to a beautiful lunch at his residence in Lagos. The Home Coming programme was organised by Princess Aladegoroye, The Founder of Nubia Heritage Humanitarian Foundation,  an NGO in Nigeria which facilitate heritage preservation, trade relations, culture & tourism promotions and international exchange programmes  within Africa and diaspora.  By Princess Aladegoroye  The visit of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ)  Correspondents' Chapel to the Ghana High Commission was marked by warm diplomatic engagement, cultural exchange, and media collaboration, as members of the union paid a courtesy visit organised by Princess Aladegoroye of Nubia Africa TV. The memorable event, held at the Ghana High Commission in Lagos, brought together media practitioners and diplomatic representatives in an atmosphere of unity and mutual respect. The Chairman of the NUJ delegation, Abraham Apabio, delivered the opening address, where he emphasized the importance of strengthening relationships between the media and diplomatic communities across Africa.
