My dear good people of Esan in Edo Central, 

I come to you this day with a message for our collective prosperity as a community.

A reflection on our history and potential exposes the fact that we are a community deserving improvement across strata, ranging from security, food sufficiency, health, education, commerce & industry as well as tech innovation.

However, for some misplaced priorities in the past, our potential have not been adequately activated through legislative policy thrust. 

 It is against this background that I am drawing our attention to this unique opportunity of Senate bye election that beckons. 

It is an opportunity that would enable us make the right choice and set the stage for organic growth for our Esan community.

Technically, the upcoming Senate bye election is not just another election.

 It’s a chance to break free from the cycle of empty promises, recycled politicians, and disconnected leadership.

 That is the essential reason we have to look at the direction of Social Democratic Party, SDP, the party that nurtured our dear Edo State at infancy in 1991.

Needless to repeat the sad memory of how successive governments distorted the developmental template of SDP over the years. 

Nevertheless, opportunity beckcons to vote SDP — a platform built on integrity, vision, and true service to the people.

Unlike other political parties, SDP is the party of the ordinary Nigerian — the farmer, the trader, the youth seeking  opportunities, the mother trying to raise her children in a broken system and the enterprise community struggling to break even. 

SDP is available  to restore dignity, accountability, and real development  in the daily lives of our people.

While others focus on power, self centredness and extravagant life style, SDP focuses on people, their welfare and well being. 

SDP  believes in building a system that works for all citizens— one where government listens, delivers, and uplifts. 

From better roads and schools, to access to healthcare and support for local businesses, SDP offers not just hope, but implementable action plans.

With Idumonza Isidahomhen, the SDP aspirant on the Senate seat, Esan would witness a different kind of governance that  is not about self but about the people with courage and compassion.

I therefore humbly urge us to  choose progress  by voting Idumonza Isidahomhen through the SDP HORSE logo in the Senate bye election. 

Vote SDP. Vote for a future we can all be proud of.
