Family Cries Out to Police IGP,AIG's Over Missing Persons' Properties been Hastily Depleted in Grand Conspiracy With Some Greedy Personalities & A Lady who had absconded over 12 years ago*

The sudden disappearance of Property Mogul and Hotelier,*Mr.Monday Tony Edegbinni Ojeaburu*, is currently brewing war amongst family members as they engaged in bickering over the sprawling Properties the disappearing man is said to own across the country.
Competent sources with the family told our Correspondent that the ex-banker had on 13th December 2021 traveled to Bayelsa State, to supervise one of his newly acquired landed Properties. He was said to have boarded Agofure bus at -Fadeyi Park and arrived his destination at about 5.45 PM.
The ex banker,was said to have put up a call to his younger brother, James Bankole Ojeaburu ,intimating him of his successful arrival in Baylesa. The property guru was also said to have told James in a plain language that he (the ex-banker) would be visiting one of his wives known as Mrs.Favour Ojeaburu,who bore him a child called Miss Bunmi Ojeaburu amongst other directives.
According to the sources,at about 9.45PM,one Azeez from Agofure Motors,headed for Bayelsa reportedly called to inform that,the bus boarded by Mr.Monday Tony Ojeaburu, was involved in a fatal accident ."The family put up a call to his mobile phone.It rang intermittently but without anyone picking it up.
"On 16th December, 2021,the younger brother of the property magnate traveled down to Bayelsa only to be told that,a Jeep rammed into the vehicle boarded by his brother,and that the vehicle caught fire and killed the passengers. We asked questions if anyone survived the accident.We asked questions relating to the corpses of the victims.We asked questions relating to autopsy and police reports-to no avail.The stories were no way in consonance with true events."As one Babasoji Alaba had produced and Submitted several Death Certificates,police Reports indicating that Tony Monday Ojeaburu was Dead and was infact solitarily processing his letters of Administration by writing to High Court Probate offices in Lagos and Bayelsa with an intention of processing his L.A,but the Question is did Babasoji Alaba know the missing person before? Was he Authorized by the family to do same?
Speaking with our Correspondence over the issue was *James Bankole Ojeaburu*,who said that,"there has been a lingering problem between his disappearing brother and one of his wives who did not have any child for him Mrs Faith Temene in Yenagoa,Bayelsa.He said that,there was earlier a serious feud over the control of Monday Ojeaburu's Estate in Bayelsa.It was shocking to notice, the woman has swiftly taken over the control of his Estates by sending away the accredited agent in-charge to the detriment of the mother of the missing person.
Bankole said that the matter was promptly reported to the Department of State Security Services and the State Criminal Investigation Department,Panti Lagos who swung into action.The duo of Inspector Ebenezer Omirefa and Sergeant Adewuyi Adeyinka were assigned to the case.The officers were initially said to have made progress in the matter by arresting suspects who made confessional statements. "The matter soon degenerated into a child's play as those arrested in the wake of investigation were left off the hook without informing complainants,while those charged to the court was merely for the offence which is not related to the matter under investigation.Despite the Hasty Charging to court of those arrested, by the police,the Nominal complainant in the matter was never informed.
Meanwhile, Bankole James ,the brother and supervisor of the several hotel and building projects of the missing person and their aged mother, Mrs.Folorunso Helen Ojeaburu, suspected a foul play and a surreptitious meeting between Mrs.Bukola,her Counsel,Chief Babasoji Alaba and Inspector Omirefa who slowed down the investigation and dampened the morale of the tracker tracking the phone of the missing person.The Private tracker Adebayo, who was employed to track the phone was equally locked up by the police for no just cause.
Indepth investigation by our Correspondent showed that,the atrocities masterminded by Chief Babasoji Alaba,the trio of Mrs.Bukola Ojeaburu,Timilehin Ojeaburu and Mr.Deji Ojiaburu,lately exhibited documents which showed that they held meetings with the purported missing /deceased personnel the months of May and July ,2022." *They exhibited a surrender of shares to the C.A.C( Corporate Affairs Commission)* where they said that, they held a meeting with Monday Tony Ojeaburu, whom they claimed voluntarily did a surrender of shares in their favour.
In another twist of fate,Bankole was invited only on phone casually by Assistant Superintendent Wole Oguntoye,of SCID Panti Lagos who only caused to intimate him that there was a signal from the Apex police investigation, Abuja,directing him to arrest and detain the staff of one of the hotels owned by the missing person.The police officer Wole Oguntoye never made moves to look for the missing Property Mogul but instead took sides and has been scheming on what he would get from the proceeds of the missing person's property,he had even processed a suspicious signal from FCID Abuja acting in consonance with one Officer Ezekiel, requesting he treats the case with the superior office,when the IGP had ordered that there should be no unnecessary transfer of case files, just as he did in the case of Late Pa Gboyega Zacheus Afolabi,A Deceased person who's bonafide Heirs and family members have been polarized because their step brother born out of wedlock named Yomi Afolabi,who abandoned his late mother and left the step Brothers and Sisters to bury her remains, has been causing havoc to the family,despite residing in Turkey ,he has been using his distance relative from his maternal side, one Fausat and other dangerous land grabbers who are unrelated to the family to cause forcible locking up of their inherited property at Collins Street ,Igando Area and causing Malicious Damage as she claims Supol Wole of State CID Panti is behind her.That just as in this case above, Asp Wole Oguntoye has hastily clamped the hotel workers of Tony Monday Ojeaburu into detention,while Purportedly working hand in hand with a Notorious Schemer, Chief Babasoji Alaba,Bukola Popoola Ojeaburu,Peter Adewale, Timilehin and Deji Ojeaburu, as well as claims that their backbone is one Bishop Chidi Anthony of Kings in Christ Power Ministries whom they claim uses his influence in the police to twart any arrest of anyone who plans to stand in their way and have put some OPC Militia Men and one Notorious Gangster around Mushin / Onipanu axis, called Omo Ekun,Agula and Ojo a fully armed Hoodlum & OPC who is on their Payroll, as well as installed their own Sales men at the Ijegun Hotel.On further
Enquiries from Mrs Bidemi Taofikatu Akasoro Ojeaburu,one of the Ladies who cohabited with Monday Tony Ojeaburu,it was indicated that she was not aware of the purported death of her husband,but at the Akoka house of Monday Tony Ojeaburu lies a tomb purported to be that of Monday Tony Ojeaburu.
The mischievous tomb was constructed by *Bidemi Taofikatu Kasoro Ojeaburu*,without the knowledge of other members of his family.To this queries;"who declared Monday Tony Ojeaburu dead? and where did *Abidemi Taofikat* get his remains to bury? Is there a valid Medical Report or Coroner's Report or Autopsy verifying his death,is there a License to bury him within a living premises! In a very implicating expository audio clip with several voice recordings we listened to,exposed the fact that Bishop Chidi Anthony is not playing the work of a clergy but that of an undertaker,as his involvement is solely for the purpose of his selfish beneficial gain of splitting part of the properties of the missing person and he boasted that he would not stop Bukola ,Ayodeji Ojeaburu and her cohorts from selling properties if the aged mother of the missing person does not take what is given to them.
In another shocking incidence,an unknown man was about a fortnight ago arrested while tiptoeing at Bankole James Ojeaburu's Residence and it was later discovered that he was sent on a mischievous mission when an angry mob wanted to set him ablaze,but Bankole James stopped them and handed him over to Ilupeju Policemen who on further investigation discovered it was Bankole's private tracker Bayo too who sent the unknown man and has the complicity of the former DPO of Isheri, and one officer Agoro of Isheri Police Station,who has spent over 10 years at the Police Station acting like an interloper in land matters,and he infact introduced Bishop Chidi Anthony to Bukola Ojeaburu's gang so as to use his influence with top Policemen he poses with and hangs on the walls of his office at Ijegun, to arrest,intimidate, emasculate and jail Bankole Ojeaburu,so the cartel can sell off the entire properties.
To further expose this Criminal Cartel of Land Grabbers, few days ago,one Notorious thug Muritala Bamgbade a.k.a AGULA whose notoriety is famous around Mushin/Isolo/ Ladipo Area of Lagos State has started going round the properties of the missing Monday Tony Ojeaburu claiming that Bukola Ojeaburu had paid him to remove the roof and burn down the properties,so as to sell it as bare land and they had the permission of a notorious hoodlum in the area and boasted that the CSO of Ladipo market Monday, was giving him back up for his heinous act having had meetings with the DPO& Area commanders of zoneD and Olosan but these allegations were denied by the Police as unfounded and the family have put a patrol team on ground to checkmate any act of arson or illegal destruction of Properties.
The matter appears more of a barrage of Betrayals as James Bankole Ojeaburu has been trailed and several Kidnap attempts have been made against him by Bukola Popoola Ojeaburu,One Lawyer Adebola, Babasoji Alaba and there are voice recordings exposing their heinous plans including Timilehin Ojeaburu and one Mr Peter Adewale who on further inquest is the manager of Bukola Ojeaburu's Hotel at Igbesa,he brought thugs and some Armed Soldiers,with a mission to abduct Bankole Ojeaburu, bundle him to Ikorodu and dump him at a stream,but their plans failed.
It is pitiable that lots of false information is been supplied to the Police top echelon,just to keep the Immediate family members of the missing person away,so that the long list of Properties would be hastily sold off by these criminal conspirators,imposters and opportunists.In another news,Supol Wole Oguntoye of State CID Panti was disgraced out of the FCID Annex Alagbon when he attempted to illegally arrest James Bankole without formally inviting him with a plan to charge him to court hastily,over trumped up counts,so as to keep him away when his cohorts sell off the missing person's property,same as one desperate officer Ezekiel Acting out a script of Bishop Chidi Anthony of Pentecostal Ministers Forum and he came from X-Squad FCID Abuja with a mission to hastily transfer the Immediate Brother of the Missing Man,Bankole Ojeaburu with a signal which was erroneously not signed.
