The 2018 Island club Ileya celebration was graced by eminent personalities .The party witness the beauty of religious tolerance and love amidst everyone. Its so interesting to see Muslims and Christians synergize to a warm welcome at the beautiful ambience of the club.The Chairman of Island club 'Mr Olabanji Oladapo' welcome all members and guests to the occasion.The illustrious son of Ijebu-Land Chief Adebutu Kensington, The Asoju-Oba of Lagos (AKA) Baba Ijebu was present .Chief Siji Olowosoko also see to the success of the event.The Chairman Ifelodun LGA was there and all members took to the dance floor to celebrate the event thanking God for sparing their lives to see another Ileya celebration. The bonsuwe Fuji master -Adewale Ayuba trilled the audience with melodious songs and the members danced gracefully.

It was allergedly reported that at the ikorodu general hospital,Lagos , a mother gave birth to a twins which were later discovered that they had jurndis. They were later taken back to the hospital for treatment and kept in the blue wave room, but unfortunately the were burnt and their lives lost.The new mother cried her heart out with their family for justice.
