Mrs Funmi FALANA is a legal practitioner, a human right activist,a wife,mother with a kind heart ,an enigma and the founder of Women Empowerment and Legal Aids (WELA) which is fully funded and managed by her.She provide free Legal Aids for women and girl child,thus,empowering them with life tools for their uplifting. Mrs Falana is a rear breed who combine her passion for humanity with the management of the home gracefully. She is the initiator of WELA FOUNDATION, a non-governmental,not-for-profit making organization that help women and girl child in need,she empower the women with skill and provides equipment with which they can work with after graduation. WELA was formed to contribute to the promotion and protection of women's rights through advocacy,provision of legal aids,and trainning.The need to end discrimination against women in Nigeria and close the exisiting gender gap.she help the abused,shelter the homeless, provide medical care and help them get back on their feet.Sh
